Do You Have High Expectations For Yourself?

When setting goals for yourself, sometimes the higher your expectations are the better the outcome will be. The reason for this would of course be the fact that high expectations require big actions. Even if you fall short of your goal, there will still likely be progress made along the way. When you think about it, this is basically a winning situation from all sides. When you look at things this way it can make things a lot less nerve wracking when you set big goals for yourself.
