Amongst the many other things that meditation can do, it can also provide us with a deeper sense of compassion. One way to look at things is as if meditations are flowers and compassion is the fragrance that these flowers produce. Therefore, the more meditations you do, the more your flowers will bloom which will then lead to more compassion being experienced in your life.
