    • Hi Rachel,

I’ve been where you seem to be. At times, life can become very overwhelming. In my opinion, the key to not being taken over by stress is learning what to be concerned about and what can just be left alone. Life is a battle and sometimes we can feel like we are on the losing end. However, we should never give up. Instead, we should summon our willpower and our inner-strength, look our struggles in the face, and say I will be triumphant!

      I hope this helps!
