Energy is a never ending thing. It continues in every little particle. Every little piece of everything her on this Earth and beyond. Therefore, when we are thinking about the energy we are putting into the Universe, it would be best for us all to think more carefully. You see energy has no end.

Wonder how to command the energy ..at will ..to benefit us..such as realising aspects that is lacking ?

I think there are multiple ways to do this and it really depends on the scenario. If it deals with your beliefs and thoughts, then you could use laughter. If it deals with energy within your body, there are many breathing exercises that can have amazing results.
These are just a couple examples but since this topic is so broad, I will try to create a couple different posts that go into more detail.
