Be Thankful – Be Happy

Have you ever noticed that there are people who never seem to get down (or very seldom do anyway)? They remain thankful. And as a result they seem to live charmed lives? No it’s not the other way around… That they are happy because they have charmed lives. They actually have better lives and things go well for them because they are thankful and happy.

What if there was a solution to stress so simple that it involved nothing more than feeling thankful for the good things in your life? In fact, there is. That solution is called gratitude.
