5. Lower blood pressure. It’s no secret that stress is bad for our heart and our blood pressure. Since laughter is a great tool to use to reduce stress, it can also be beneficial when it comes to lowering blood pressure.
6. A healthier heart. Cardiovascular disease and other heart related issues lead to many deaths each year. It’s important that we take care of our hearts so that we don’t have to experience something as serious as this.
Laughing is believed to be great for the heart for many different reasons. A couple of which would be the fact that laughing increases oxygen intake and improves circulation. Both of these things are extremely important when it comes to heart health.
7. Improved immune system. Our immune system is our last defense when it comes to battling off illnesses and diseases.
We should do everything we can to keep our immune system functioning at its best. Believe it or not, this doesn’t have to be hard. In fact, humor is believed to be able to boost people’s immune systems. If that’s not a good reason to laugh, I don’t know what is.
8. Improved relationships. Laughter is amazing when it comes to improving the quality of a relationship whether it be a friendly relationship, one that is business related, or even romantic ones.

The answer this question is a lot and here’s why. Having healthy relationships often leads to people living happy lives. Happy people tend to be healthier than those who are less cheerful.
