Love is a gift that we all have the capability of experiencing. Some people may even agree that loving others and ourselves is more than a gift but an absolute necessity. If you think about it, this makes perfect sense. After all, loving ourselves as well as others is a large part of what makes life enjoyable. Some people have been through heartbreaks and other rough circumstances in their lives that may make them fearful of being loved or loving others. This fear must be broken. Otherwise, you are doing little more than robbing yourself of one of life’s greatest gifts.
