Beware of Anger

Do you know how much damage you can do to yourself, yes yourself, if you tend to hang on to anger? Being angry about a situation for a short period of time is normal and happens to everyone and can help you to get rid of that initial burst of energy that comes along with it. But holding on to it does no good and can actually harm you.
