Honesty Makes Life Easier
Telling the truth is not an easy thing to do in some situations. However, it is important to ask yourself which is more difficult, being honest or having to try and rebuild trust if you are not. Just as we don’t like to be lied to, others don’t either. When it comes down to it, being honest is always the best choice. Trust is fragile and in some situations, all it takes is a single lie to break it. Honesty will set you free while telling lies will do little more than tangle you up. More often than not, one lie leads to another lie and the cycle continues. Don’t bury yourself in a web of lies. Tell the truth, people will appreciate it.
